Danny Greco Homes is both a real estate agent and a YouTube content creator. He was unhappy with his old “cookie cutter” real estate website and felt it was super limiting to make it feel more like him. The goal was to infuse a more personal touch into his website, aligning it closely with his distinctive role as both a realtor and a YouTube content creator. The objective was to revamp his website, placing a strong emphasis on enhancing his brand, generating new leads through IDX integration, converting these leads into sales with a clear call-to-action, and seamlessly integrating his YouTube and Instagram channels.
